Zotrim Announced a Free Trial for 2 weeks

Zotrim, probably, is one of the most familiar dietary supplements in the UK market as it is distributed via leading high street shopping chains such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Boots and Superdrug, and the brand itself is about 10 years old and well established.

Zotrim was able to achieve many media successes throughout the recent years that featured within: the Daily Mirror, the Daily Mail, and the most recent experience was with BBC’s ‘Professor Regan’s Diet Clinic.

However until now they were not much interested on offering free trials or free samples; may be it is because, in the UK they were already successful.

Now, the company is expanded to cover the entire world and they are into a massive brand marketing campaign. And, now they have announced a Free Trial

Manufacturer’s claim on how it works:

Zotrim is a natural herbal weight loss aid that is specifically designed to suppress the appetite and thereby reduce the caloric intake. The aid will be active before, during and after a meal and in addition, it also provides an increase in energy levels giving the dieter extra incentive in the process of burning calories. I lost 15 Pounds of a Fat by following these Simple Tips (by Tyson S)

Sometimes back, I lost 15 pounds of my flab in a considerably short period of time. Of course it is after trying lots of different weight loss methods, but I was finally able to find few things that worked pretty good for me. I must say that these tips are neither an amazing breakthrough nor a discovery of a weight loss pill that works for anyone.

It is simply that I lost my weight by following the right steps in the right way and the steps are only a couple of methods that would help to lose weight. However, proper exercise and diet aren't always easy for anyone to do and for those people; a reliable diet pill would be the ideal help (see the sponsors section). But for the others, I would like to share my tips that helped me achieve my goal.

Tip 1:

My first step was to cut down the caloric intake, where I reduced my caloric intake by 500 calories every day, before the reduction I was eating approximately 3,500 calories per day. And after the reduction, my intake was about 3,000 calories per day. Then I started to record the pounds that was started to slide off. One simple way to do it is using a BMI chart, which can be easily found in the internet. This chart will help you find out the amount of calories you should take for your body weight.

Tip 2

The second tip was to start eating healthier. As mentioned in the tip 1, reducing the caloric intake is a great way to lose weight, but as you need to lose more weight, it is vital that you start eating healthy food. How did I do it? I simply replaced one unhealthy meal everyday with a healthier alternative. I continued this for few weeks and by then I was managed to switch to healthy meals completely. You would be really surprised to see how much weight you can lose just by taking this tip seriously.

Tip #3-

The last tip was to target the remaining stubborn body fat. If you do well in the first two tips, you are already in the track, but adding a little more work out will really boost your fat burning process and it will make you feel fit too. So for the last tip, it is better if you could use a gym, but if you are not comfortable with it I would recommend choosing an activity that you enjoy as well as that burns calories.

Our Note: This sort of a plan is not for every one as it takes lots of time and effort. Therefore, if you feel uncomfortable with the plan, the best option would be a reliable dietary supplement and some of the best could be found in the right side of this page under the sponsors section.

Benefits of Getting More Fibre in Your Diet

If you had to come across the review of the appetite suppressant sold under the bran name Appesat, you already know the fact that we recommend UniqueHoodia over Appesat. There are obviously several reasons for this recommendation. However one of the main reasons is that, Appesat essentially provide you with a boost of fibre in your diet.

Most of you may already know that fibre is a natural appetite suppressant. That is the main reason for high-fibre cereals to keep you full until lunch and it is often emphasized in their advertisements. As far as Appesat is concerned all it does is this as mentioned earlier, but the problem is, why you should pay that much just to increase your fibre intake, where it can be realistically achieved with several simple changes in your diet at almost no cost.

For some of you, making changes to your regular diet can seem like difficult at first. However, using the one-step-at-a-time rule you can easily make few small changes to your diet over time and soon you will have increased your fibre intake with minimal effort as well as start feeling and seeing the benefits of appetite suppression.

Before moving forward and discuss with some options on how to include more fibre in to your diet, first it is good to understand what fibre is including its health benefits.

The building blocks of fibre are several complex carbohydrates, which can either be water soluble or insoluble. A good point to remember is that unlike most other everyday foods that we consume, fibre contains no calories, vitamins or minerals. In other words fibre passes through the body without being digested. This is the main reason why if you suffer from constipation, you will be encouraged to increase the fibre intake.

In the nature, fibre is only provided in cell walls of the plants and therefore if you think you can increase the fibre intake from eating meat then you are obviously mistaken as natural fibre only exists in the cell walls of plants. Therefore, as we all know in foods like fruit, vegetables, and grain, the fibre content is noticeably high.

Appetite suppression, and thereby weight loss benefits, is only a single health effect on fibre, but in addition it offers other benefits too. Fibre is well known to help reduce the risks of bowel problems such as haemorrhoids as well as cancer of the bowel and colon. It is also known for the support on stabilising blood sugar levels and blood cholesterol levels.

As you can now see, appetite controlling and loosing weight is just a one aspect of a high-fibre diet and the benefits stretch much further than that. Therefore, even if you are not over weight at the moment, including more fibre in your diet can a very good idea.

The followings are some simple meal ideas to help you begin to increase your daily fibre intake:

Breakfast:

Porridge oats
Wheat or grain based cereal
Wholemeal toast
Bran muffins
Pure fruit smoothie

Lunch:

Any vegetable soup with wholemeal bread

Sandwiches made with wholemeal bread
Wholegrain pasta salad
Beans on wholemeal toast
Fruit Salad
Nuts and seeds

Dinner:

Wholegrain pasta or rice with a sauce of your choice
Bean or vegetable Enchiladas (use wholemeal tortillas)
Vegetable stir fry
Vegetable chilli with kidney beans

After seen the sample meals, you can probably see that it is not very difficult to get more fibre in your diet. And therefore may be it is now clear that why we cannot recommend you to buy a fibre supplement such as Appesat.

However there are very effective supplements in the market if you want to suppress your appetite such as UniqueHoodia.
